Group B Strep Awareness Month

This year is the 20th year of July as International Group B Strep Awareness Month being observed. It was created to bring awareness of group B strep to the general public. Since then it has been a focal opportunity for organizations and individuals around the world to tell their stories, share information, and promote healthy outcomes for babies worldwide. ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Body Temperature - fever or low or unstable temperature
๐Ÿ”Š Sounds - cry, whimpering, grunting
๐Ÿผ Eating Habits - feeds poorly, refuses to eat, or not waking for feedings
๐Ÿคข Behavior - irritability, vomiting, not moving arm/legs, body stiffening
๐Ÿ˜ด Sleeping Habits - sleeping too much โ˜๏ธ Breathing - fast, slow, or difficult breathing
