Sales Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice.  


Customers within Continental US: Terms are Net 30 days after credit approval, Prepaid, or Credit Card. An unpaid invoice is considered late if not received within 30 days from invoice date. If you are approved as a Credit Card customer then the invoice must be paid within 7 business days or else we will cancel the order. A service charge of 1½% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts. There is no minimum order requirement. For international customers, please contact Customer Service for terms.


We reserve the right to use our own discretion in making shipments, unless specific shipping instructions are given on an order. Shipping charges for customers in the 50 states, free shipping may be offered (customers in a U.S. territory, please call for charges). Shipping charges on our website are subject to additional fees from chosen delivery services. BV Medical is not liable for shipping delays from carriers. Customers who wish to export BV devices assume all responsibility to meet destination country import requirements. Please contact our Customer Service Department regarding shipping at (888) 822-8293. 


If you have received a damaged package or refuse shipments, immediately notify our Customer Service Department at (888) 822-8293, and we will notify the freight delivery company.  Please note there is a 3 business day grace period to report any damaged merchandise from the time the shipment is received. After this time period, any damages become the responsibility of the customer. BV Medical cannot be responsible for any loss, damage, detention or delay caused by the elements, fire, strike, insurrection, riot, shortage of goods or transportation, civil or military authority, or by any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control. 

Substitution Policy

BV Medical reserves the right to substitute equal or higher value/quality parts or products to fulfill an order, within reason, considering comparable functionality and appearance.  Minor cosmetic differences sometimes occur on product packaging or in some products, compared to advertising literature, due to continuous improvement process.

Return Policy 

BV Medical is committed to ensuring that every order you receive arrives to your satisfaction. If your product is the wrong size, fit, or damaged please call (888) 822-8293 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with your questions and concerns.  A Return Authorization number is required for all returns. Once an RA number has been issued, carefully repackage the item(s) you wish to return and ship to:

Freight collect returns will not be accepted. All returns must be shipped prepaid by customer and clearly marked with the Return Authorization number issued by our Customer Service Department. Please retain all tracking information and a copy of your packing slip for your records. All authorized returns not received by BV Medical within 14 days after being issued will be voided. All authorized returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge. Returned goods must be in an unused, resalable condition, and may not be older than 30 days. Damaged merchandise or items requiring re-packaging will be billed at full cost. In addition, BV Medical reserves the right to refuse such shipments. Parts are not returnable for credit. BV Medical is not liable for shipping delays from carriers and are not subject to refund.

Limited Warranty

All BV Medical products which prove to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion when returned prepaid to:

We reserve the right to make the final determination as to whether the specific warranty is applicable to the returned item. If you have received a defective item from BV Medical, please call our Customer Service Department at (888) 822-8293 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with the return process. 

Battery Powered Products

Where batteries are supplied with the original equipment, BV Medical does not provide any warranty as to the life that those batteries will provide. See the individual instruction manual for proper information as to the replacement of batteries.

Intended Use

Products sold by BV Medical are for their intended use only. BV Medical is not liable for any misuse of products.


By purchasing products from BV Medical, you also abide by our associated suppliers' conditions of sale. Omron®, Littman®, and Kinsa do not allow for marketplace competition meaning if you purchase these branded products from BV Medical then you are not allowed to sell on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.

BV Medical® does not allow for online marketplace competition. If you purchase BV Medical product then you agree not to sell on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc. without prior authorization. For questions or concerns regarding this policy then please contact us.


All e-commerce payments are authorized before charged. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card/payment processor will not be charged until authorized. We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Inconsistent/unusual information on your invoice details or transaction information will flag fraud detectors. As an extra step to protect our customers from internet fraud, we may require the customer to submit a government issued photo ID or valid license to authorize their transaction. Any fraudulent purchase attempts will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
