Shipping Questions
BV Medical offers free standard shipping on our online shopping platform. Free standard shipping is defined as 1-5 business days through one of our preferred shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Free standard shipping is offered to the entire United States. U.S. Territories and Canada are subject to shipping fees. If you have anymore questions or concerns then please contact us.

Order Questions

If you have a large order then they may be shipped out in multiple boxes. We will provide you a master tracking number that includes all boxes included in the shipment. Checkout Questions
Discount codes are case-sensitive, so please make sure they are put in correctly. Still not working? Unique discounts codes can only be used once per person. Some discount codes have product exclusions, so make sure the discount code applies to the product. When you go to your cart, please add a note stating that you will email your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. Email your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to orders@bvmedical.com. We will verify the certification and remove the sales tax if applicable. If you do not provide the certificate then we will cancel your order. Payment Questions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, PayPal Express, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
When using electronic payment methods, there is often double or pending charges. These are called Authorization Holds and it is banking industry practice when it comes to electronic transactions using debit or credit cards. Your card will only be charged once though. If the duplicate transaction does not clear within 31 days then please contact your financial institution for rectification, and if there is anything we need to do on our end then please let us know. If you do not see a correction on your statements within 31 days then please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service by calling (888) 822-8293 or emailing orders@bvmedical.com.
We currently do not accept insurance directly. If your insurance company does reimburse you for purchase of certain medical devices then please refer to your insurer for required documents and information. We would be happy to help provide information required from our end which may include an invoice or sales receipt.
Return Questions
We do accept returns, but returned goods must be in an unused and resalable condition. All authorized returns are subject to a twenty-five (25%) restocking charge. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For more details, refer to our Refund Policy page.
